Students will learn about the geography and climate of Russia, cultural traditions and customs, Krasnoyarsk and its key attractions.

Course for beginners “Your Siberian Holidays”

November 2 – November 30, 2020

Your Siberian Holidays is the basics of grammar and vocabulary of the Russian language in an interactive video format with assignments for each lesson on the e-Сибирь online learning platform.

• Duration: 36 hours (including 9 lessons in Zoom).
• The course is intended for international students who want to start learning Russian.
• The best students will receive a 10 % bonus on tuition at the Preparatory Department of Siberian Federal University.

Course in Russian literature “Pro-reading”

November 16 – December 14, 2020

This course is an introduction to the greatest Russian authors of the classical era and the Russian literature of modern times.

• Duration: 36 hours (including 9 lessons in Zoom).
• Language level: B2 + and higher.
• The top 10 students will receive a free online course “History of Russian Literary Criticism” in the spring semester 2021 at Siberian Federal University.

Course “About Russian in Russian”

November 16 – December 14, 2020

This course is for those who want to know about the stylistic varieties of the Russian language, discover the expressive means of the Russian phonetics, fascinating facts of the vocabulary and phraseology of the Russian language, the main ways of building words, and the peculiarities of Russian speech etiquette.

• Duration: 36 hours (including 9 lessons in Zoom).
• Language level: B2 + and higher.
• The bonus for the 10 best students: a free online course “Russian Conversation” in the spring semester 2021 at Siberian Federal University.

• This master class acquaints you with Siberian cuisine, recipes and gastronomic traditions. And our special: a chef will teach you how to fold dumplings! Note: to participate in this master class, you need ingredients for dumplings.

A cycle of classes in Russian decorative and applied art:

• December 5, 2020;
• These 3 lessons will tell you about Russian crafts, their history and Russian traditions. You can make a Russian doll and national costume yourself, or try hand in traditional Russian painting. Note: to participate in this master class, you will need art supplies;
